We are partnering with a top tier buyside firm looking for a highly motivated Campus Talent Acquisition professional to support and drive the recruitment of top talent. This role plays a critical part in building strong pipelines from top‑tier universities and maintaining close relationships with key academic institutions and student communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support campus recruitment initiatives for the company and related quantitative role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top‑tier universities, career offices, professors, student societies, and key campus connectors
- Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, including talent sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Organise and participate in campus events such as career talks, information sessions, job fairs, and networking activities
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for graduate and internship programmes
- Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and campus talent dynamics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a top‑tier university
- Strong understanding of campus recruitment and early‑career hiring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
- Comfortable working with high‑calibre, highly technical candidates
