Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting
The Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting supports the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements for a public company. This role plays a key part in quarter‑end and year‑end reporting, SEC filings, and technical accounting support, while also partnering cross‑functionally to ensure strong controls and reporting quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the quarterly and annual financial reporting process, including preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures
- Assist with SEC filings (Form 10‑K, 10‑Q, footnotes, and supporting schedules)
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Prepare and review supporting schedules, reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit support and responses
- Assist with technical accounting research and documentation as needed
- Help identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiency
- Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as they arise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of financial reporting and/or accounting experience
- Experience in a public company or Big 4 / public accounting environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements
- CPA or CPA‑track required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
