About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a premier real estate investment platform to hire a Senior Analyst or Analyst to join their high-performing Investments team. This role is focused on office and retail acquisitions across major U.S. markets and offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.

What You'll Do
- Underwrite and execute new acquisitions, collaborating with regional market leads and capital markets teams
- Build and manage financial models in Excel and Argus, incorporating leasing, capital, and market assumptions
- Develop investment memos and presentations that clearly articulate opportunities and risks
- Conduct market research and engage with brokers to inform investment theses
- Coordinate due diligence and closing processes
- Support the development of business plans for new acquisitions and existing assets
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment, or adjacent sectors (Senior Analyst); 1-2 years for Analyst
- Direct office experience is strongly preferred; retail experience is a plus
- Demonstrated deal exposure and transaction experience
- Strong proficiency in Argus and Excel is required
- Solid understanding of real estate finance concepts (IRR, NPV, valuation, etc.)
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across geographies and time zones

- You'll report to an Associate or VP depending on level, and work closely with asset management, acquisitions, and capital markets teams
