About the Team

The Systems Planning & Development (SPD) Section oversees EUC development and security controls. Within SPD, the System Development Team focuses on planning EUC system development and related investments, building and installing EUC systems for internal and external users, maintaining the user help desk, providing training and UAT support, troubleshooting and maintaining in-house EUC systems, and managing development documentation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Lead user testing activities, including UAT preparation (test scenarios, plans, cases) and pre-UAT quality checks.
  • Execute and manage project plans effectively.
  • Handle routine planning tasks such as updating documentation and responding to inquiries from head office and related departments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in banking systems or application development; knowledge of banking products, SWIFT, or Fast Payment System.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, RESTful API) and MSSQL.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in SDLC, Agile, or hybrid methodologies, including requirements gathering, data analysis, design, documentation, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Server (TFS), DevExpress, and ServiceNow is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
