Talent Acquisiton/HRBP
We are partnering with a fast-growing digital-first multi-family office to hire an HRBP / Talent Acquisition, responsible for driving people strategy execution, leading end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring strong HR partnership across business units. This role plays a key part in enabling business growth and building a high-performing organization in a dynamic, multi-office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR strategy implementation and support business leaders on organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for key functions, including front office and corporate roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, exits) while ensuring consistency across locations.
- Provide HR advisory on employee relations matters (non-senior level) and support risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams (C&B, SSC) to enhance processes and improve HR operations efficiency.
- Support employer branding and build sustainable talent pipelines across Hong Kong and regional markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- 3-8 years of experience in HR, with a combination of HRBP and talent acquisition exposure.
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with strong business writing ability.
- Detail-oriented, resilient, and adaptable in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
