We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Relationship Manager to join our Monaco office. This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the world's most exclusive financial hubs, with the freedom to cover any market and the support of a world-class platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Bring and manage your own book of high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients from any market.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, leveraging your network and market expertise.
- Wealth Advisory: Deliver bespoke investment, estate planning, and family office solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal specialists across investment management, legal, tax, and lifestyle services.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or family office services.
- A strong and portable book of clients with a history of loyalty and growth.
- Deep understanding of global wealth structuring, investment advisory, and client servicing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for excellence and discretion.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Russian, Arabic) are highly valued.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Monaco.
