Ihre Aufgaben
Für einen etablierten, international aufgestellten Hersteller suchen wir einen Senior Plant Controller (m/w/d) für einen Produktionsstandort nahe Münster/Osnabrück. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die finanzielle Steuerung des Standorts und unterstützen das Management mit fundierten Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten im Überblick:
- Gesamtverantwortung für das Controlling eines Produktionsstandorts
- Steuerung der Budget-, Forecast- und Monatsabschlussprozesse inkl. Reporting & Analysen
- Kosten-, Produktions- und Bestandscontrolling inkl. KPI-Tracking
- Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Investitionsanalysen (Capex)
- Beratung der Fachbereiche sowie Management-Reporting
- Führung eines Mitarbeiters und aktive Mitarbeit im lokalen Plant-Leader-Team
Ihre Qualifikationen
Das sollten Sie mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Finance/Controlling oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Kosten-, Produktions- und Bestandscontrolling
- Erfahrung in Budgetierung, Forecasting und Reporting
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie erste Führungserfahrung bzw. Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Personalverantwortung
