🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Recruitment (APAC)

We're partnering with a world-renowned asset management firm to find a Senior TA Specialist to lead their campus recruitment strategy across APAC. This role is all about building strong university partnerships, engaging top-tier STEM talent, and shaping the future of quant and quant tech hiring.

What You'll Do:


🔹 Design and execute regional campus strategies
🔹 Build relationships with top universities
🔹 Represent the firm at fairs, info sessions & competitions
🔹 Manage full-cycle hiring for interns & grads
🔹 Collaborate with quant and tech teams
🔹 Analyze data to optimize outreach

👤 What We're Looking For:


✔️ At least 5+ years in TA
✔️ Experience hiring for technical or quant roles
✔️ Familiarity with APAC university landscape
✔️ Strong communication & stakeholder skills
✔️ Willingness to travel during peak seasons
