  • Role Overview: As the Regional Sales team member for ASEAN, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives across the ASEAN region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the trading solutions market and a proven track record in sales management. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their trading capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
    • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ASEAN region, expanding Horizon's market presence.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the product suite and effectively communicate its value to clients.
    • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements that align with company goals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management
