Are you an experienced sales leader with a background in employer group benefits, specifically voluntary benefits? Our client, a leading legal insurance provider, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth across the Northeast region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization that values innovation, flexibility, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within employer group benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer groups.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across the Northeast.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in voluntary benefits and employer group benefits sales.
  • Property & Casualty license (resident and non-resident), preferably in Massachusetts or Connecticut (not required but highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the legal insurance market and employee benefits landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the Northeast region.
