transition through investments in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, and green real

Role Overview
The RC will play a pivotal role in ensuring the fund's operations in
Luxembourg remain fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. This is
a strategic position within the Legal & Compliance team, offering the opportunity to contribute to a
purpose-driven investment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and interpret regulatory developments (CSSF, ESMA, EU regulations) relevant to the
fund's activities
* Maintain and enhance the compliance framework, policies, and procedures
* Conduct compliance risk assessments and support internal audits
* Manage regulatory filings, reporting, and communication with the CSSF and other authorities
* Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to internal stakeholders
* Oversee onboarding and due diligence processes for clients and counterparties (KYC/AML)
* Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment
* Support regulatory initiatives related to ESG, SFDR, and sustainable finance
The Candidate:
* University degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
* 8+ years of experience in a compliance role within asset management, AIFM, or financial
services
* In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory environment (CSSF, AML/CFT, AIFMD, MiFID
II)
* Experience with ESG and sustainable finance regulations is highly desirable
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
