The firm maintains a broad investment mandate, targeting sectors across the board-excluding technology and real estate-allowing for a diverse and engaging deal flow.

As the sole analyst, you will be deeply involved in every aspect of the investment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include financial modeling, underwriting, preparing investment memoranda, and engaging directly with investors and sponsors. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all analytical aspects of deal evaluation, including financial modeling and underwriting
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and present findings to internal stakeholders
- Conduct market and industry research to support investment theses
- Participate in due diligence processes and liaise with third-party advisors
- Communicate directly with investors and independent sponsors
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
