Private Equity Associate Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a driven investment professional to join one of the most operationally focused and entrepreneur-friendly firms in the middle market. The Associate will work directly with senior investment professionals and portfolio company executives, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle-from sourcing and diligence to execution and post-close value creation.
Private Equity Associate Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify investment opportunities
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
- Assist in due diligence and deal execution processes
- Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and performance tracking
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Private Equity Associate Qualifications
