Private Equity Associate Role Overview
The team is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join their investment team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support. The position is ideal for candidates who are analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to contribute meaningfully to high-growth companies.
Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
- Lead and support due diligence efforts, including customer interviews, data analysis, and competitive assessments.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with portfolio company leadership on strategic initiatives and performance tracking.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the deal process.
Private Equity Associate Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth equity.
