Medior Corporate Lawyer
An international legal and corporate services provider is seeking a junior/medior corporate lawyer to support its corporate legal team. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience in Dutch corporate law to grow within a collaborative, multicultural team and gain exposure to international legal structures and client work. You'll be involved in a variety of legal tasks that support cross-border entities. The role offers hands-on experience and mentorship from senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and corporate documentation
- Support incorporation and dissolution processes for legal entities
- Help maintain legal entities in good standing and ensure compliance with Wtt and Wwft regulations
- Contribute to the preparation of contracts, resolutions, and governance documents
- Communicate with clients and external professionals under supervision
- Participate in business development activities and client onboarding
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Dutch law, ideally with a focus on corporate or commercial law
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Netherlands (corporate law, trust, or corporate services)
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages (Spanish, Chinese, Turkish, Russian) are a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
