Position Summary
The firm is seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Support Associate to join the Private Credit team in its Boston office. This role will play a key part in supporting fundraising and investor communications by developing materials, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain marketing and investor materials such as presentations, fund updates, and web content
- Draft commentary on fund performance, market trends, and investment strategy
- Collaborate with the global distribution team to support fundraising efforts and client engagement
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends
- Respond to investor and prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate logistics and content for investor meetings and roadshows
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with strong academic performance
- 3-5+ years of experience in investment management, private credit, investment banking, or private equity
- Familiarity with credit strategies, particularly private credit, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and a solid understanding of financial statements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-directed work style
