They are seeking a talented and driven Investment Banking Associate to join their Consumer team in NYC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, with a focus on the consumer sector, and a proven ability to manage and execute transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents.
- Conduct detailed industry and company research to support transaction processes.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of transactions.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the consumer sector.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
