Role Overview
As an Associate within the Healthcare team, you will play a key role in the execution of M&A and financing transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients across a variety of sub-sectors.
You will be involved end-to-end in transactions, from origination through to execution, with meaningful responsibility and visibility internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates
- Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Contribute to pitch processes and idea generation within the Healthcare sector
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee Analysts and ensure high-quality output across deliverables
- Engage directly with clients, management teams, and investors
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, or a relevant advisory platform
- Prior exposure to Healthcare is beneficial but not essential
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skill set
- Excellent academic background
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in an international environment
- Fluent in English and German
