Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models, evaluating a range of operating and valuation scenarios
- Perform detailed financial, operational, and industry analysis to support M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
- Partner closely with senior bankers to drive efficient execution across live deals
- Take an active role in day-to-day transaction management and client deliverables
- Conduct market research and develop insights on industry trends and competitive dynamics
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of investment banking experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with deep transaction exposure
- Based in Richmond, VA or open to relocation
