A well-established and high-performing European credit manager is seeking a Senior Business Developer to lead capital-raising efforts across Europe. With a 15+ year track record and a stable, experienced team, the firm specialises in niche private credit strategies that offer strong downside protection and attractive risk-adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise capital from institutional investors, family offices, and wealth managers across Europe.
  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
  • Leverage an existing network to generate leads and build long-term investor relationships.
  • Articulate the firm's investment philosophy, fund performance, and market differentiation.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years' experience in business development, fundraising, or investor relations within credit or private credit (liquid and illiquid).
  • Demonstrated success in raising assets from European investors.
  • Strong understanding of structured credit, or alternative investments.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a desire to prove themselves in a high-impact role.
