GTM Sales Executive - Founding Member

Their goal now is to bring on a foundational sales leader to build out the Sales organization from the ground up. You will define the core of our GTM engine, lead major enterprise deals, expand existing accounts, and work directly with the CEO and Head of Sales as you scale a world-class team.

Responsibilities

  • Build the GTM engine: Create the systems and processes required for scalable, repeatable sales execution.
  • Lead high‑stakes deals: Own conversations with some of the largest insurers and MGAs in the world.
  • Drive growth initiatives: Test channels, experiment with new approaches, and identify new opportunities.
  • Run rigorous, insight‑driven sales cycles: Lead with data, drive urgency, and maintain clarity from first touch to close.
  • Influence product direction: Partner with Claims and Product teams to ensure our solutions stay ahead of the market.
  • This is a full-time, in‑office role in New York City.
  • This is a high‑intensity, high‑output team, believing that exceptional outcomes require exceptional work.

Qualifications

We prioritize grit, hunger, and capability over traditional markers like years of experience.

Required

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York City
  • U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)
  • Full‑cycle AE experience, from prospecting to closing
  • Relationship building skills
  • Experience in long sales cycles and large contract value
  • Strong discovery and qualification (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT)
  • High tempo, resilience, focus, with a steep learning curve

Preferred

  • 3+ years selling to insurers/MGAs, within insurance/InsurTech, or within a relevant industry (tech, cyber, legal, fintech)
  • Knowledge of insurance, MGAs, carriers, or TPA operations
