Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fund financials, capital account statements, and investor reports
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and cash flow forecasting
- Partner with internal teams on investment activity and portfolio analytics
- Support quarterly valuations, audits, and tax processes
- Maintain fund models, waterfall calculations, and performance metrics
- Oversee communication with third‑party administrators and external partners
- Contribute to enhancements in reporting systems and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in fund accounting, public accounting (Big 4 preferred), or alternative asset management
- Familiarity with tech‑ or VC‑influenced investment structures a plus
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Investran, eFront, or similar systems beneficial
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, high‑growth environment
