Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead a dynamic team of 11 financial professionals
- Drive quality, efficiency, and progress in all processes
- Conduct insightful planning, performance, and assessment interviews
- Handpick new team members and be the go-to person for your team
- Deliver reports to the Head of Accounting & Reporting
- Uncover opportunities for innovation and process enhancements
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure seamless and up-to-date process documentation and administrative tasks
- Champion ISAE 3402 key controls with the financial controllers
- Co-create and execute the annual plan
Requirements:
- HBO education or equivalent work/thinking level
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role
- Energetic leader with excellent communication skills
- Organizationally sensitive and collaborative
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer-oriented and solution-focused
- Driven to develop employees and share knowledge
- Hands-on, flexible, and quick to adapt
- Fluency in Dutch
