Are you passionate about credit risk and ready to make an impact across a dynamic, multinational environment? We're looking for a talented Credit Risk Modelling Manager to join a regional team supporting wholesale credit decisioning across Asia Pacific, with a strong connection to global initiatives.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and validating wholesale credit models, while also contributing to broader areas such as stress testing, IFRS9, economic capital, and climate risk. You'll collaborate closely with global teams to ensure consistency in methodology, policy, and systems-helping shape the future of risk management.
What experience do you need?
- Strong Python programming skills
- Solid understanding of wholesale credit risk modelling (IRB/PD)
- Experience in banking risk, ideally within corporate or wholesale sectors
- Familiarity with Basel and HKMA regulatory capital frameworks
- Hands-on exposure to stress testing and model validation
- A curious, analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and modelling (traditional and machine learning)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, change-driven attitude with the ability to influence across functions
