Corporate Lawyer (4-8 PQE) - Luxembourg
Our client is a high-quality boutique business law firm based in Luxembourg, advising a strong mix of international sponsors, entrepreneurs, corporates and financial institutions on complex and strategic matters.
Following continued growth, they are looking to hire a Corporate / M&A Lawyer (5-8 years' experience) to join their team.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of corporate and transactional work, including:
- Advising on the full lifecycle of corporate and M&A transactions for both local and international clients
- Working closely with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, funds and financial institutions
- Coordinating cross-border matters with international counsel
- Taking on early responsibility with direct client exposure
- Supporting partners on business development initiatives
Your Profile
- Qualified lawyer with a Master's in Law (Lux qualification or equivalent preferred)
- 5-8 years' experience in corporate / M&A, ideally gained within a reputable Luxembourg law firm
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work autonomously on complex matters
- Fluent in French and English (German and/or Luxembourgish is an advantage)
- Commercial, pragmatic mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, with a proactive and hands-on approach
