Company Summary: We are working with a publicly traded Consumer and Retail firm looking to add a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to their growing team in Nashville, TN. You will have the opportunity to work closely with executive leaders in executing end-to-end M&A processes and work cross-functionally with other professionals within the organization.
Corporate Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
- Drive decision making on organic and inorganic work through strategic initiatives and projects
- Conduct research and lead analyses on target companies, industries, and markets
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analysis.
- Identify and research potential acquisition opportunities through market analysis and interactions with business partners
- Working with the Strategy and FP&A teams to develop long term plans and initiatives for growth
Corporate Development Senior Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience within Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Consulting
- Consumer and Retail experience highly preferred but not required
- M&A deal experience and knowledge
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
