About the Role
As a Corporate Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of strategic initiatives, supporting the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A transactions and other growth opportunities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to deliver insights and recommendations that influence critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
- Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and potential acquisition targets
- Develop strategic presentations and reports for senior executives and board-level discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration plans and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics for completed transactions and strategic projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
