Job Title: Client Services Representative (Korean-speaking)

Location: Hong Kong

Department: Client Services / Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean institutional clients, managing daily inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to support strategic initiatives and client engagement in the Korean market.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, particularly those based in Europe, to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Conduct occasional client visits and deliver training sessions to enhance client understanding of our products and services.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control systems and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Korean and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
