Overview
We are seeking an experienced fundraising professional to lead capital raising efforts across asset-backed investment strategies. This role will focus on sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with institutional investors and allocators, with a particular emphasis on sectors involving tangible, cash-flowing assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute capital raising initiatives with institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth channels
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors
  • Clearly articulate investment strategies across asset-backed sectors, including real estate, energy, natural resources, and equipment-heavy operating businesses
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and manage investor communications throughout fundraising cycles
  • Partner with internal investment and leadership teams to refine positioning, materials, and go-to-market strategies
  • Track fundraising activity, reporting, and investor engagement metrics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, capital raising, or investor relations
  • Strong track record raising capital for asset-backed or real-asset strategies (e.g., real estate, infrastructure, energy, equipment leasing, or natural resources)
  • Established network of institutional investors and capital allocators
  • Deep understanding of private markets and asset-backed investment structures
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Background

  • Experience fundraising for real estate, energy, natural resources, or equipment-heavy operating platforms highly preferred
  • Familiarity with private equity, credit, or hybrid capital strategies
