Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all aspects of financial management for a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization specializing in AI-driven solutions. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage capital structure, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure financial stability.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Drive financial planning for expansion, partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications:
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Proven track record in high-growth environments, ideally within healthcare, technology, or AI sectors.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with investor relations and fundraising is a plus.
