VP, Actuary
I'm supporting a global reinsurance leader that is looking to bring on a Vice President, Actuary to play a key role within their Health Solutions business. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone with a strong actuarial finance background and a passion for driving financial performance at scale.
As the VP, Actuary, you will lead the valuation and financial reporting function, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of financial results across the health portfolio. You'll work closely with senior leadership to monitor, interpret, and steer the financial performance of the Health Solutions line of business - providing insights that directly influence business strategy, pricing, growth, and profitability targets.
This team is looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, global environment and can bring strong technical expertise alongside proven leadership. You'll oversee a team of actuarial professionals, guide quarterly and annual reporting cycles, and partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, risk, underwriting, and executive stakeholders. Your work will help shape how the organization navigates emerging market trends, portfolio dynamics, and long‑term business objectives.
