Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Private Equity Associate to join our investment team with a dedicated focus on the Business Services sector. This individual will play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio companies post-acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, deal execution experience, and a deep interest in the business services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify attractive investment opportunities within business services
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments
- Support due diligence efforts including commercial, financial, legal, and operational workstreams
- Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior leadership
- Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation initiatives
- Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic planning and exit processes
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in deal execution and due diligence
- Deep interest or prior exposure to the business services sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree required
