Assistant Relationship Manager - European Private Bank
Our client is a prestigious European private bank with a long-standing heritage in wealth management and a strong presence across Asia. They are seeking an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to provide dedicated support to a team of Relationship Managers covering high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
This is a broad client servicing role that offers exposure to all aspects of private banking, including account management, trade execution support, investment implementation, credit administration, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service to HNW and UHNW clients.
- Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, service requests, and account-related matters.
- Assist with account opening, account maintenance, KYC/AML reviews, and ongoing client due diligence requirements.
- Support the execution of client investment transactions across various asset classes, including equities, bonds, funds, FX, and structured products.
- Liaise closely with trading desks, operations teams, product specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of client orders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management standards.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience within private banking, wealth management, client servicing, sales support, or assistant relationship management.
- Good understanding of private banking products and services, including investment and credit solutions.
- Familiarity with investment execution processes and trade life-cycle management within a wealth management environment will be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Mandarin and English are required to support Greater China clients.
