Head of Relationship Management/ Senior Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition by building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients interested in the company's product offerings.
  • Meet sales revenue targets for the Clients proprietary product solutions.
  • Grow user adoption of the Extramile WEB and APP platforms across institutional and individual segments.
  • Strengthen and manage existing client relationships in collaboration with internal teams to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries regarding Extramile WEB and APP functionalities.
  • Oversee client onboarding processes including account opening, due diligence, KYC, contracting, and invoicing.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and referral opportunities across the Group's subsidiaries.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with sell-side issuers to enhance service offerings and jointly pursue new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve system bugs and ensure timely delivery of client-specific enhancements.
  • Prepare and manage client invoicing in accordance with internal schedules and guidelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by senior management.
  • Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in structured product sales within private banking, brokerage, EAMs, or investment banking distribution channels. Candidates with relevant experience in asset management or private banking will also be considered.
  • Solid understanding of structured products, FIX API connectivity, and private market investments (e.g., PE, VC) is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with new clients and maintain high energy in client-facing interactions.
  • Highly client-focused with strong business acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
