Position Overview
They are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join our Nashville office. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in financial advisory or private wealth management who are passionate about delivering sophisticated solutions to ultra high net worth individuals and families. The advisor will play a key role in deepening client relationships, developing tailored strategies, and contributing to the growth of the firm's UHNW client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, providing comprehensive financial guidance across investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and philanthropic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated wealth solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client objectives, values, and complex financial needs.
  • Develop and present customized financial plans and investment proposals.
  • Monitor client portfolios and proactively recommend adjustments based on market conditions and evolving client goals.
  • Maintain high-touch communication and ensure exceptional client service.
  • Support business development efforts through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial planning.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, estate planning concepts, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships with discretion and professionalism.
