Role Summary:
A globally recognized financial institution is seeking a Vice President to join its Energy & Resources Lending Execution team. This role sits at the intersection of origination and execution, supporting complex financings across the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors. The position offers broad exposure to internal product groups including structured lending, capital markets, and leveraged finance, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to clients in a rapidly evolving industry.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of bespoke lending transactions, managing the full lifecycle from structuring through closing.
Collaborate with internal teams across coverage and product verticals to coordinate deal strategy and syndication.
Navigate internal credit processes, documentation workflows, and regulatory considerations.
Serve as a key liaison between clients, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Stay informed on sector trends, market dynamics, and regulatory shifts impacting energy and resource-based lending.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in loan execution, structured finance, capital markets, or leveraged lending.
• Strong familiarity with credit underwriting and syndicated loan processes.
• Prior exposure to energy, infrastructure, or natural resources transactions is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
