VP - Credit Repo Trader

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Vice President of Credit Repo Trading for its London office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and credit repo trading, with a specific focus on institutional clients and hedge fund clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a small trading book focusing on USD, EUR, and GBP markets.

• Trade various credit products, including corps, liquid ABS, CLO, CMO, investment grade (IG), and high yield (HY) securities.

• Develop tailored financing solutions for institutional and hedge fund clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights, strategies, and enhance client relationships.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial community.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in corporate and credit repo trading.

• Strong understanding of repo markets, particularly in the USD, EUR, and GBP spaces.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to identify new business opportunities and provide market insights.
