Vice President of FP&A
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct both short- and long-range forecasting processes with a focus on precision and adaptability.
- Lead the planning cycle for annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
- Collaborate with senior executives to develop a multi-year financial strategy.
- Work alongside accounting leadership to manage quarterly close activities, regulatory filings, and financial disclosures.
- Partner with investor relations to shape external communications and earnings narratives.
- Supervise a global team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Support revenue acceleration by working closely with regional business units.
- Coordinate with HR to design and implement incentive programs for sales teams.
- Assist the CFO in preparing materials for board meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; advanced credentials such as an MBA or CPA are preferred.
- Around 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse, international teams.
- Strong background in operational finance, including commercial and supply chain functions.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration within complex organizational structures.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts.
- Experience in publicly traded environments is highly desirable.
- CPA certification is a plus.
