Vice President of FP&A

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct both short- and long-range forecasting processes with a focus on precision and adaptability.
  • Lead the planning cycle for annual budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop a multi-year financial strategy.
  • Work alongside accounting leadership to manage quarterly close activities, regulatory filings, and financial disclosures.
  • Partner with investor relations to shape external communications and earnings narratives.
  • Supervise a global team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Support revenue acceleration by working closely with regional business units.
  • Coordinate with HR to design and implement incentive programs for sales teams.
  • Assist the CFO in preparing materials for board meetings and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; advanced credentials such as an MBA or CPA are preferred.
  • Around 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse, international teams.
  • Strong background in operational finance, including commercial and supply chain functions.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration within complex organizational structures.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Experience in publicly traded environments is highly desirable.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
