A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join its Investment Banking team, focusing on the Transportation & Logistics sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support execution of M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions within the Transportation & Logistics space.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional investors.
• Drive sector coverage efforts, including market mapping, origination, and thought leadership.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Collaborate across global teams to deliver integrated solutions and insights to clients.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of investment banking experience, ideally with a focus on Transportation & Logistics or adjacent sectors.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Proven track record of deal execution and client engagement.
