Trading Operations and Support Manager - Switzerland

A leading investment manager with systematic and discretionary strategies based in Switzerland is hiring a Trading Operations & Support Manager to take full ownership of trade execution, operational workflows, and treasury management across a multi-account platform. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring trades are implemented seamlessly, risks are tightly controlled, and systems are continuously optimised.

What you'll do:

• Execute systematic strategies across futures, swaps, and options, minimising tracking error and slippage.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle: order routing, trade fills, allocations, reconciliations, and broker relationships.
• Oversee daily trade capture, booking, and settlement across commingled funds and separately managed accounts.
• Resolve trade breaks and discrepancies by coordinating across internal systems, brokers, and fund administrators.
• Produce daily P&L and position reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage cash movements, margin requirements, and collateral postings across accounts.
• Forecast liquidity needs and optimise treasury flows to support trading and investor activity.
• Collaborate closely with research, technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure operational alignment.

What you'll bring:

• 5-10 years of experience in trading operations or execution within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank.
• Deep understanding of listed and OTC derivatives, including futures, swaps, and options.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with OMS/EMS platforms and reconciliation tools.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a zero-tolerance approach to operational risk.
