Overview:
A nationally recognized advisory firm is seeking a Director to join its Turnaround & Restructuring practice. The firm specializes in complex financial and operational transformations across industries including healthcare, financial services, energy, and real estate. The Director will lead client engagements, manage teams, and deliver strategic solutions in distressed and special situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage turnaround and restructuring engagements, both in and out of court.
• Develop and oversee integrated financial models, including 13-week cash flow forecasts and 3-statement models.
• Conduct strategic assessments, operational reviews, and liquidity analyses.
• Advise clients on restructuring alternatives, including recapitalizations, asset sales, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Serve as interim management or support CRO functions when required.
• Present findings and recommendations to boards, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate across disciplines including investment banking, fiduciary services, and strategic consulting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in turnaround, restructuring, distressed M&A, or related advisory roles.
• Strong modeling skills and experience with complex capital structures.
• Proven leadership in managing client relationships and internal teams.
• Background in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance preferred.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CIRA) and advanced degrees are a plus.
• High energy, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Compensation: $180,000k - $275,000k
