Technology Credit Research Analyst

A highly respected, independently owned asset management firm is seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join its expanding Global Credit Research Team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep fundamental analysis of companies and industries within the Technology sector
• Identify and recommend investment opportunities across the credit spectrum
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment theses
• Publish rigorous investment recommendations for portfolio managers
• Engage with issuer management, sell-side analysts, legal experts, and private equity sponsors
• Analyze and contribute to credit documentation including loan agreements and amendments

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of credit analysis experience, with a strong focus on the Technology sector
• Proven ability to evaluate credits across IG, HY, and loan markets
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Buy-side experience preferred, especially in team-oriented environments
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA a plus
