Are you a seasoned Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) professional ready to take the next step in your career? Or someone experienced in Audit wanting to make the jump to a TAS focused role? We're working with a private equity-backed, nationally recognized healthcare advisory firm expanding their TAS teams across their Dallas, Nashville, and Chicago offices.
About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a firm that is a true specialist in healthcare transactions, with approximately 70% of their deal flow in healthcare services and the remaining 30% in adjacent industries such as SaaS, manufacturing, and distribution. The team is known for its rigorous due diligence, strategic insights, and collaborative culture.
You'll be joining a group led by three dynamic Managing Directors located across key markets. The team operates in a hybrid model, with most professionals in-office Monday through Thursday, with many opting for five days due to the vibrant culture and excellent office locations.
Experience
- TAS Senior:
- FDD & QoE focus
- 1-2 YOE in Audit or 1-2 YOE in TAS
- TAS Manager:
- 1-2 YOE in TAS with a background in Audit.
- Generalist with some Healthcare exposure
- TAS Senior Manager:
- 3-5 YOE in TAS
- Strong Healthcare experience
- Ability to lead deals
- TAS Director
- 5-7 YOE TAS
- Strong Healthcare experience
- Ability to lead and source deals
- Management experience required

Compensation & Benefits
- Senior: $95K - $110K base
- Manager: $135K - $155K base
- Senior Manager:$165K - $180K base
- First-Year Director: $180K - $225k
- Yearly Bonus
