Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President to join our Syndicated Loan Distribution team in Dubai. This role will focus on originating and distributing syndicated loans across the GCC region and India, leveraging strong institutional and banking relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving primary loan syndication and secondary distribution strategies, ensuring optimal execution and client coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution of syndicated loans to banks and institutional investors across GCC and India.
• Maintain and expand relationships with regional banks, financial institutions, and investors.
• Collaborate with origination teams to structure and price syndicated loan transactions.
• Provide market intelligence and distribution strategies to support deal execution.
• Manage investor allocation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, roadshows, and industry events across the region.

Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai with strong knowledge of GCC and Indian markets.
• Fluent in an Indian language (Hindi preferred) and English.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in syndicated loans, credit sales, or DCM.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with banks and institutional investors in GCC and India.
• Strong understanding of loan syndication processes, credit risk, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
