Key Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition efforts by building and managing a robust pipeline of prospects interested in the company's suite of financial products and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive trading activity and deepen engagement with the head office.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets by delivering tailored solutions from the company's diverse product portfolio.
- Provide prompt and effective support for client inquiries, including training on the client web portal and mobile app.
- Oversee client on boarding and KYC processes with professionalism and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all non-trading matters related to UAE-based clients.
- Act as the Responsible Officer for the Dubai representative office, ensuring full compliance with DFSA regulations.
- Uphold strict adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in structured product sales within investment banks or fintech platforms serving private banks, brokerages, EAMs, and other licensed entities in the UAE.
- Candidates with slightly less experience but strong credentials may be considered for a Senior Business Development Manager role.
- Deep understanding of global markets and structured product offerings.
- A well-established network of clients across private banks, brokerages, and EAMs in all UAE member states.
- Highly motivated, client-focused, and entrepreneurial, with strong business acumen and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong commitment to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in a local language is a plus.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently and efficiently.
