Responsibilities for the Head of HR, APAC - Established Global Financial Services Firm

• Manage a cross-cultural and regional team of HR Business Partners across Singapore, India, China, etc.
• Lead functional HR personnels across the matrixed organisation
• Work closely with the global Leaders and execute HR strategic plans regionally
• Responsible for compliance and risk mitigation around ER/HR process in the region
• Roll out relevant HR projects and lead conversations Front Office to Back Office to ensure a unified strategy on talent management, rewards, and more.

Requirements for the Head of HR, APAC - Established Global Financial Services Firm

• Bachelor's in a related field such as Human Resources
• At least 15 years of progression HR experience with at least 5 in a regional leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of the local MOM and MAS regulations; acumen working in financial services industry
• Experienced managing complex HR transformation initiatives, ER cases, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
