Software Developer - Trading Operations Technology

Join a collaborative technology team building real-time surveillance and monitoring tools for compliance oversight across a wide range of asset classes - options, equities, futures, fixed income, crypto, and more.

This role involves designing and developing custom tools using C#/.NET, WPF, Angular, and complex event processing software. You'll work on high-performance systems that process large volumes of trading data, applying deep logic and optimization to ensure stability and speed.

What You'll Do:

• Build and enhance near real-time surveillance tools
• Develop scalable solutions using modern tech stacks
• Collaborate across trading, compliance, and tech teams

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong C#/.NET or Java (But open to C# transition)
• Strong communication, collaboration skills, and analytical mindset
• Consistent, full-time 3+ YOE
• Senior-level engineers are also welcomed with higher compensation
• Can consider more junior candidates with stellar academic backgrounds and relevant full-time experience

Ideal Candidate:

• WPF or Angular a strong plus
• Experience with complex event processing is highly valued
• Financial markets knowledge is helpful but not required
