Senior Marketing Associate
A well-established financial services firm headquartered in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join its collaborative and high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives across print, digital, and design-supporting both institutional and high-net-worth audiences.
The Senior Marketing Associate will be responsible for updating and evolving marketing collateral, supporting sales enablement tools, and contributing to design and content creation projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a generalist, team-oriented environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
The Senior Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
- Update quarterly marketing materials (presentations, portfolio reviews, fact sheets)
- Create custom presentation books for prospects and meetings
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (design, setup, testing, execution, tracking)
- Maintain and update the firm's website
- Collaborate with external partners (digital agency, SEO, Salesforce developers)
- Liaise with internal teams (compliance, portfolio management, advisors) to produce tailored collateral
- Support automation and optimization of marketing materials using Seismic
- Contribute to graphic design projects using PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives and special projects
- Help conceptualize and create new marketing content within brand guidelines
The Senior Marketing Associate should have:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial services firm
- Strong understanding of investment concepts and ability to translate them visually
- Proven graphic design and content creation skills with a creative eye and attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, WordPress, and Seismic is a plus
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
