Key Responsibilities
- Advise on regulatory requirements and maintain compliance frameworks
- Draft and review policies, deliver training, and monitor compliance risks
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requests
Requirements
- Degree in finance, law, economics, or related field
- 2-5 years' experience in capital markets compliance
- Strong understanding of financial regulations (MiFID, MAR)
- Interest or experience in crypto/digital assets
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
