Senior Associate / AVP - Real Estate Investments (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the region.
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
• Structure and negotiate investment terms, including credit and equity components.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 5-8 years in real estate investments, private equity, or investment banking.
• Preferred Exposure: UAE and Saudi markets (not mandatory).
• Strong background in real estate credit, residential housing, and retail malls.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
